"In April I bought a 2015 Low rider from Ronnie's in what turned out to be a no-hassle, seamless transaction. Everyone in the building was both friendly and professional. They gave me a good price right up front and delivered the bike with a smile and a handshake, the old fashion way. In mid-July Wayne personally found me a new Road King in the color and options I wanted and traveled to another dealer to deliver it for me, same deal, everything occurred without a single issue, seamless. I own a couple of business, so I have an idea what good customer service is all about and Ronnie's does too. I was getting ready to schedule a service appt to see what the problem was, and they asked when I had changed the battery in my fob last. I never had changed it. Ronnie's has always been very supportive of our chapter so when it was time to buy a new bike, Ronnie's was at the top of my list. Brian Forfa and the entire sales staff made the process both enjoyable and seamless. There was never any pressure, never any under-handed or heavy-handed tricks. It was all above board, honest and factual. When I shop, I don't like the back-and-forth nonsense that is typical with this process. There was none of that here. Their offer for both the trade value and purchase price, was the best from the onset and only got better. This was my 3rd HD purchase and by far the smoothest. If you have not at least checked with Ronnie's before you buy, then you are NOT getting the best deal."

I had a list of about 40 parts for a rebuild of my fathers totaled bike and after being shrugged off by a local dealer that's close to me, (he told me not to bother over the phone with a list that big to just come in) so I called Ronnie's. Chris checked availability of ALL the parts for me before he even knew if i was going to place the order. I later called back and did place that order and he was super helpful and patient. "We were in the area from Illinois when our throttle cable broke. Brought our bike into Ronnie's. They didn't have the cable and couldn't find one at any other dealers in the area. They came up with a workable way to fix the bike to get us back home safely. Went way out of their way to help us.
